Ruam Rudee Learning Centre, the RC International School's Early Years Department offers a well-rounded programme for the Foundation Stage which encompasses Nursery (ages 1.5 to 3 years old), Kindergarten 1 and Kindergarten 2 (ages 3+ to 5).

The RCIS follows the British Curriculum modified to meet the needs of international students from Key Stage 1 to 3. For children aged 3 to 5 the school follows the guidelines set in the "Curriculum Guidance for the Foundation Stage". The Foundation Stage of the Curriculum is consists of six learning areas:

- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Communication Language and Literacy
- Mathematical Development
- Knowledge and Understanding of the World
- Physical Development
- Creative Development

These distinct areas have a set of related early learning goals and are designed to meet the diverse needs of the children. They prepare pupils for the National Curriculum for pupils aged 5 to 14.

Three programmes are available in Nursery and Kindergarten 1:

Full-day (Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)
Half-day (Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 12:00 pm)
3-day programme (Any 3 days, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm)

Kindergarten 2 has full day programme only.
